lulu gave me her recipe for rocky road a few years ago and it has never failed me.. so easy and so, so yummy. 500grams good quality chocolate (melted)
1 bag marshmellows (cut in halves)
half cup coconut
half cup crushed peanuts
mix all ingredients together, plonk into tray and set aside to set. Y-U-M yum!
i love an old fashioned afternoon tea.. who doesn't? and i never really trust someone who says they don't like sweets.. but i do like to add a modern touch and put treats out on my pink poketo plates. fun.
