weekend gardening

i decided to have a go at growing lettuce in our little vegie garden & had a few seedlings leftover, so thought i'd pot them up as something special and let them grow on our outdoor table. not sure how they'll go. we'll see.

They'll work a treat at this time of year. Especially if it is getting cooler over there, the pots will keep them a bit warmer.

not to mention they look good too.
